Built by Two People Who Believe in Better Healthcare
Brandon Rhodes, FNP-C, brings more than 28 years of hands-on nursing experience to every patient interaction at 360 Wellness. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Carey University and went on to complete his Family Nurse Practitioner certification at the University of South Alabama.
Over the years, Brandon has built a deep foundation of clinical expertise — holding multiple advanced certifications and staying on the leading edge of wellness and aesthetic medicine. His philosophy is simple: treat every patient the way you would treat family.
Sabrina Fick, MA, CT, is the operational visionary behind 360 Wellness. With a sharp eye for practice management and patient experience, Sabrina has been instrumental in transforming the clinic from a focused practice into the comprehensive med spa it is today.
Together, Brandon and Sabrina have created a space where clinical rigor meets genuine warmth — a place where patients feel seen, heard, and cared for from the moment they walk in.
From Focused Practice to Full-Service Med Spa
Since opening in 2013, 360 Wellness has grown thoughtfully and intentionally. What began as a focused wellness practice has evolved into one of the most comprehensive med spas in Southeast Louisiana — now offering 17 specialized services across 5 distinct categories: Health & Wellness, Body Contouring, Laser Treatments, Cosmetic Services, and Restorative Procedures.
Today, our team includes 10 or more dedicated practitioners — nurses, estheticians, and specialized technicians who share a common commitment to patient-centered care. We welcome patients of all ages (12 and up) and serve communities across a 50-mile radius, including Houma, Thibodaux, Morgan City, and the broader Terrebonne and Lafourche parishes.
